The web industry is absolutely flooded, but the problem is getting quality and effectiveness from people. Like sure, it's easy to make stuff that looks nice. Just check Dribbble and you'll see some amazing looking designs that make you say wow. But a lot of that stuff is... empty? It just doesn't work, doesn't actually do the job. Just looks nice, that's all.
Ultimately, design is about visual communication. It serves a purpose. We want websites that move businesses forward, the right way. They need to align the brand with the audience, while telling the right story to achieve the business' goals. And that.. that isn't as easy to find.
